Equal rights and anti- discrimination policy
CODA champions a world where all humans are treated equal and given the same opportunities. CODA has zero tolerance for discrimination. Discrimination is defined as the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of ethnicity, race, age, religious belief, ability, sex, gender or orientation. CODA also has a zero tolerance for any discrimination or unjust treatment of persons who notify occurrences of discrimination.
CODA and all people involved in the festivals activities will strive towards eliminating the chances of discriminatory events occurring during all our activity. If a negative discriminatory act has occurred, the leadership of CODA must be notified, upon which CODA will protect the discriminated part and the notifier, as well as ensuring the continued development towards equality for all people involved in the activity.
